Every box/package is treated as an individual shipment.
When orders are shipped there isn't a way of keeping multi-package orders together. Unfortunately, this means orders are sometimes delivered separately. Keep your eyes out for the second package, which usually arrives the next day.
Canada Post:
The shipment confirmation email received will contain all tracking numbers. If you input each of these separately into the Canada Post tracking page on their website, it will indicate when the expected delivery of the outstanding package is.
Envoi:
The shipment confirmation email received will contain all tracking numbers. If you select each of these separately, you will be redirected to the tracking page for each package, it will indicate when the expected delivery of the outstanding package is.
