Double check the final email sent to see if more than one tracking number was included. Often times missing items are due to the order being shipped in multiple boxes. Canada Post and Envoi treat every box/package as an individual shipment and have no way of keeping multi-package orders together in their system, so unfortunately, they are sometimes delivered separately.
We do our best to package products to ensure the order is full and complete, but unfortunately accidents sometimes happen. If the order is not arriving in separate shipments and is missing something, please reach out to us at contactus@kitchenstuffplus.com. Include the order number and the item that was missing from the order in the email and we will respond with next steps.
