Unfortunately, we are unable to edit an order once it has been submitted. In order to make a change to your order, it must be cancelled and resubmitted with the correct items, quantities, shipping and contact information.
As cancellation cannot always be guaranteed, we take measures to ensure that your order is confirmed before checkout is complete.
If your order has not yet entered production, reach out to us via our chat, or email us at contactus@kitchenstuffplus.com to assist you in canceling your order. Include the order number and name on the order in the email when requesting a cancellation.
Please note, our Customer Service Team operates Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm EST. If you contact us after hours we may not see the request prior to the order being processed.
