We are sorry your order arrived with damaged item(s) - that must have been disappointing! We do our best to package products so they all arrive in good condition, but unfortunately accidents sometimes happen.
The quickest way to take care of the damaged item is to take it into your nearest Kitchen Stuff Plus store and handle the transaction in person. You can take the item/pieces and your packing slip and either swap for a replacement or return it.
Please note - if the order was paid via PayPal, the return in store funds would go onto a store credit. This credit is valid for any of our store locations, and never expires. If was paid by an alternate method, the refund would go back onto original method of payment.
If you are not able to make it into a store, please take a photo of the damaged item and send it to us at contactus@kitchenstuffplus.com. Once we receive that, we will advise you as to the next steps.
