Not for you? Simply return the unused item in its original packaging with your gift receipt or online order number.
Only products that can be sold as new will be accepted for return. No exceptions.
Within 30 days, we will offer a full refund to a credit note.
After 30 days, you may receive a credit note at a value equal to the item's lowest selling price in the last 90 days. Items will be accepted for return only if still stocked in our stores. No refunds will be issued without a receipt.
Returns will only be honoured so long as an original receipt, gift receipt or order number is provided.
