Our return policy is that we accept returns for unused items that are brought back within 30 days of purchase; however, there is some flexibility in our policy.
Typically, when allowing a return for a damaged or defective product that falls outside of our return policy, we will exchange it for an identical replacement or refund it to a Credit Note that you can use towards your next purchase. This note never expires and can be used at any of our locations. We recommend you take your item in to your nearest Kitchen Stuff Plus store and ask to speak to a Manager.
They will take a look at it and advise you how to proceed.
