Items can be returned after 30 days so long as they qualify within the parameters outlined below.
In-store with a receipt:
You may receive a credit note at a value equal to the items lowest selling price in the last 90 days. Items will be accepted for return only if still stocked in our stores and meet the guidelines of the regular return policy. No refunds will be issued without a receipt.
In-store without a receipt:
A credit note may be issued at a value equal to the items lowest selling price in the last 90 days. No refunds under any circumstances. Items may be accepted for return only if still stocked in our stores. We reserve the right to refuse any return if original receipt is not provided.
E-Commerce order in-store:
You may return online orders in any of our store locations. Please bring your packing slip or provide the team with your order number, this will act as a receipt.
PayPal Returns: All sales processed using PayPal will be refunded onto a store credit note.
All returns must meet the guidelines of the regular return policy
E-Commerce order by mail:
If your package arrives damaged or defective (or you've simply changed your mind), and you are unable to return it to a store location, it can be returned to our webstore by mail.
Email our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receipt of product(s). Do not send back orders before contacting.
Email inquiries will be replied from Monday-Friday during regular business hours.
Provide the following:
- Original order number (located on packing slip or email confirmation)
- Product STK number of the unused item, in its original packaging
- Size of the items box you will be sending
We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances. We will contact you to advise that the return cannot be accepted. You will be required to pay postage to have the item returned to sender.
Unless stated otherwise, the shipping fees associated with the return will be your responsibility.
If you change your mind about the product, you must send the package with the freight prepaid otherwise the package will be refused.
