For issues regarding defective furniture, please contact us within 14 days - email us (contactus@kitchenstuffplus.com) with a detailed description of the issue, along with a few photos.
In the case of damaged or defective items, refunds will only be issued for items that we are unable to replace.
All floor models, in-store reduced items, and special order furniture are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damage as a result of assembly is not deemed as defect and is therefore not eligible for return.
