If your order shows it was delivered, but you have not received it, please email us at contactus@kitchenstuffplus.com or type Agent in chat to provide us with the order number details. We will open an investigation with Canada Post or local courier on your behalf. These investigations generally take between 2-3 weeks to complete.
Until a missing package has been returned to Kitchen Stuff Plus or declared officially lost by Canada Post or our local courier, we are unable to re-ship or refund the order.
Our local courier will safe drop all orders and provide a picture as delivery confirmation. Three emails are provided - one to advise delivery dates and times, one to advise when order is next, and final email to provide delivery confirmation.
