Gift card balances are able to be checked on website.
While our store teams are able to check the balance for you instore, you can use the following steps to check your balance on our website.
1. Navigate to the Gift Cards tab at the bottom of our website.
2. Select Check The Balance
3. You will be redirected to a different webpage. Enter the number located on the back of your physical gift card. In addition, you will be required to enter in a CAPTCHA for verification.
4. Select submit
If your gift card number starts with 6275, the balance cannot be checked online, due to technological limitations. Visit us instore to have the balance checked and transferred to our new gift card system.
No matter which card you have, you can always visit us instore and have an associate check your balance.
