We do our best to pack orders so everything arrives intact, but unfortunately accidents sometimes happen. If an item you have ordered arrives damaged, you have a few options for dealing with damaged items:
a) Visit a store location with your order number and the item to return or exchange.
b) Send a few photos of the damage/defect, a description of the issue and the order number to contactus@kitchenstuffplus.com. Once received and reviewed, we can determine the next steps.
