Kitchen Stuff Plus offers a 1-Year Warranty for defective appliances. Warranty applies to products purchased in-store only, not available for online purchases. Original purchase receipt required.
Warranty does not apply to Nespresso products – all defects on Nespresso products are handled directly through Nespresso's 'Nespresso Club' program here.
For all other brand appliances, please contact the manufacturer directly.
From time to time, Kitchen Stuff Plus sells refurbished appliances. These items will be clearly marked as refurbished on our sales floor and on the product packaging. Our 1-Year Warranty does not apply to these products. All warranty-related claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer. No returns or exchanges will be provided in-store unless the product was purchased within the last 30 days, and is unused and it its original packaging.
For appliances ordered online, we are able to accept returns on defective appliances within 30 days of the purchase date.
Some appliances are covered by extended manufacturer's warranties which vary depending on the brand. Kitchen Stuff Plus does not honour extended warranties. Customers must follow the manufacturer's warranty instructions and return the product to one of their service centers.
