While it is our intention to fulfill every ecommerce order received, there are certain situations where an order may be cancelled.
We understand that may be disappointing and we apologize for that. See the following reasons:
- If the billing address on the order does not match the address on file with the credit card
- If the CSC (security code) entered does not match the code on file with the credit card
- Our system has various security checks before allowing an order to process. If the order or information does not pass these checks, the order will be auto cancelled
- Orders are occasionally cancelled if they cannot be fulfilled. In any instance where an order cannot be fulfilled, our web team will reach out to notify you
- Due to the delicate nature of some products an order may be cancelled if traveling a far distance and is unlikely to arrive intact
