We hope that customers love all of their purchases but know that is not always the case. As long as the item(s) are not used and are in their original packaging, you can make a web order return.
If you live in the Toronto area or will be making a trip there soon, you have up to 30 days from the day your order was shipped to make the return instore for a full refund for an order paid by credit card or a store credit for an order paid by PayPal.
Any store can reprint your receipt using the phone number associated with your order and process the transaction for you.
