If there is an “X” listed beside the shipping options in your order summary, this can indicate that there is an issue with an item or quantity in the cart.
Check for the following in your shopping cart.
a) That something in the cart is unavailable
• Items that have a blue checkmark and say "available online" can be placed for home delivery with us
b) The quantity of an item in the cart is not available
• Double check for any item that has been ordered with a quantity more than 1pc that has a message that says "available online but requested quantity cannot be fulfilled"
