All of our store locations offer our Click and Collect pickup service.
See the following steps for placing a Click and Collect order:
1. Go to our web page
2. Select items and add them to the cart with the "Add to Cart" button in red
- If ordering for pickup, double check the item shows available at your selected location - https://www.kitchenstuffplus.com/pick-up
- or -
- You can add all items to the cart and the dropdown menu in checkout will display the locations offering the pickup service and have all the items and quantities in stock.
3. View your cart by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen
4. Select "View and Edit Cart”
5. Select shipping method on the right-hand side - select Store Pickup - Free Same Day $0.00
6. Select "Checkout"
7. The delivery method will appear as "Pick Up in Store"
8. Enter your email address
9. Confirm the store you selected is correct. If you'd like to retrieve your order from a different store, choose "Select Other Store"
10. Select "Next"
11. Fill out the fields for Contact & Shipping Information: anywhere that has a red asterisk next to it must be filled out
Note: your order will not be shipped to the address listed in this form. The form is standardized and matches our ship to home form. Additionally, your order will not be paid for until you visit us instore to retrieve your order
12. Select "Place Order" once you've confirmed your contact and shipping information is correct
Once the order has been successfully placed, an order number will show on your screen and an email confirmation will follow shortly.
